1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. The website can retrieve these files on subsequent visits, allowing it to remember certain information about how you used the site.

Cookies are not programmes and cannot run code or deliver viruses. They are used widely across the web to make sites function more reliably, to understand how visitors use a site, and to provide relevant information to returning visitors.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. More information on this is provided in Section 6 below.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

CAT-01 / ESSENTIAL

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as completing a contact form or setting cookie preferences. Without them, certain parts of the site will not work correctly.

Examples: Session identifiers, cookie consent record (cookieConsent)

Duration: Session or up to 12 months

Always On

CAT-02 / ANALYTICS

Analytics Cookies

These cookies allow us to understand how visitors interact with the website — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether any errors occur. The information collected is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid)

Duration: Up to 24 months

Optional

CAT-03 / MARKETING

Marketing Cookies

These cookies may be set by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show relevant advertisements on other sites. They work by uniquely identifying your browser across websites.

Examples: Google Ads conversion tracking

Duration: Up to 90 days

Optional

CAT-04 / PREFERENCES

Preference Cookies

These cookies remember choices you have made — such as your language preference or region — so that when you return to the site you are presented with a more relevant experience.

Examples: Language and display preferences

Duration: Up to 12 months

Optional

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services we use to understand site usage or to display relevant content. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which govern how they use any information they collect.

  • Google Analytics — Used to analyse website traffic and visitor behaviour. Data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy and the applicable data processing agreements.
  • Google Maps — An embedded map on our contact section may place functional cookies related to the map display. This does not require your account sign-in.

We do not sell data collected through cookies to any third party, and we do not use cookies to identify individual visitors by name or contact details.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies are categorised by how long they remain on your device:

  • Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. These are used to maintain context during a single visit, such as a form submission.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period — typically between 30 days and 24 months depending on purpose — or until you delete them manually. These are used to remember your cookie preferences and, if analytics is enabled, to distinguish returning visitors.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time using the controls below. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to operate. Your preferences are saved to your browser's local storage and take effect immediately.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable Thai law, you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time using the preference controls in Section 5. This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before withdrawal.

You also have the right to ask us what data is held about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the website, though some functions may be less tailored to your preferences. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without disabling JavaScript or clearing cookies manually in your browser.
